Cherry Tree

2017 · Watercolor on paper, 18 x 24 cm (7.1 x 9.4 in)

A lone cherry tree in a meadow, in full blossom: the white flowers are bare paper left unpainted, the brown branches running beneath them. Behind the tree a band of hot red climbs to the top edge, and a dark green strip closes off the grass. Signed lower right.

Note: Framed, under glass. Frame included in the price.
